Have you ever seen a kid that was just so cute, and so small, but they looked like they were an adult?
Well, this happened to me today, and it has filled me with a wonderful amount of joy and gladness.
Every other Friday, a group of us from 180/SCAD go to one of the projects in Savannah called Hitch Village and do a little program in the park where we sing songs, do a little talk (involving Jesus and the gospel) and then we go and color/play/swing/whatever.
This Friday was our last friday of the quarter, so we won’t be back there again until January!
Today as we approached the park and were about to start “song time” I saw this super super super cutie kid. He was walking and talking, and just looked very confident.
I asked him what his name was, and he boldly declared “Sumo”. I thought that this was the CUTEST kid I’ve ever seen in my life. His name, first of all, is Sumo. And the reason why I find that so endearing is the fact that Sumo is probably 2 feet tall.
I asked him how old he was, and he is four!!! Ahhhh!!! HE IS SO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t get over it.
I loved that kid.
He later showed me how he could jump rope, which was funny, because it was far to long for him to jump over.
I wish I had had a camera with me, or even my phone, to take a picture of him. I loved that little dear cutie child.
I love that kids can bring such joy into my life.
Today was a really fun day.
